msExchAdminGroupMode  setting in Native Mode Exchange 2003
We are experiencing issues with some users Free/Busy information not being displayed across 2003 Administrative groups running E2K3 in native mode. Error on the server: Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeFBPublish Event Category: General Event ID: 8213 Date: 7/30/2010 Time: 6:37:32 AM User: N/A Computer: BELEX01 Description: System Attendant Service failed to create session for virtual machine BELEX01. The error number is 0xc007052e. For more information, click http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp. I've read some article that say this might be related to the msExchAdminGroupMode setting being present and being set to "2". It is set to "2" on all our Admin Groups verified through AdsiEdit. Should this be changed to "0" or deleted all together? Thank kyou

More Information: we are in the process of migrating to Exchange 2007 so we do have one Exchange Server 2007 in our environment. Perhaps this would cause this setting to be "2"???

Have you changed the account that your Exchange services are running under? They should be running under the local system account. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . Hello, Take the system state backup of your AD. -> Remove the ADC services and the management console -> Stop SRS services -> Delete Site Replication server from the Exchange System Manager Or if you have E55 in-place, then reinstall ADC will resolve this issue.Arun Kumar | MCSE:W2K3 + Messaging | MCTS:Exchange 2007 | MCTS:OCS 2007 R2 | ITIL-F V3

Where is the System Attendant mailbox, is this on a valid mailbox store? Do you get any issues while moving the mailboxes across the stores / servers ? How do users post free busy data using Outlook client / OWA? More information on this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996235(EXCHG.65).aspx
